Authorities say she tore down several paintings from the walls and poured red wine on three of them, and she hurled across the room a pair of $20,000 abstract sculptures, shattering both.

Lindy Lou Layman "intentionally and knowingly" damaged multiple pieces of artwork belonging to Anthony Buzbee on December 23, according to Harris County court documents.

A high-profile Texas attorney alleges that a woman destroyed hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of art in his house, including two original Andy Warhol paintings, after getting drunk on a first date. Buzbee believed she was too intoxicated and called an Uber driver to pick her up. "Luckily those weren't damaged".

KHOU-TV reported Layman was on a first date with Buzbee, with the lawyer at one point having called Layman an Uber after she became intoxicated.

OPEC, plus Russian Federation and other non-members, have been withholding output since January 1 to get rid of an oversupply. The pipeline is being tested after repairs and full flows should resume in early January, its operator said on Monday.

Buzbee trusted she was excessively inebriated and called a Uber driver to lift her up.

Layman later stated in court she is from Dallas and has been a court reporter for nine years. That didn't work either: Layman acted aggressively toward the driver, prosecutors said, and then went back into the attorney's home, yelling: "I'm not leaving", according to KTRK. Layman was arrested and released from jail after posting a $30,000 bond on December 24 and is set to face her first court appearance on Thursday.

"All I'll say is the owner wasn't budging that much", Buzbee told the newspaper.

According to court officials, "she refused to leave the location, hid somewhere in his home".
