Blizzard Apparently Teasing Diablo 3 For Nintendo Switch

When pinged for question, a Blizzard spokesperson told Polygon via e-mail that the post was meant to be a fun community engagement piece.

Recently the Game Final Fantasy 15 Royal Edition got rated for PS4 and Xbox One by ESRB and this had got many fans and players ready with their consoles for the game.

The tweet also contained the caption, "Sweet dreams".

The UK games market grew 12.4 percent in 2017 to £5.11 billion, thanks in part to the incredible success of the Nintendo Switch. That flurry of speculation spawned two very active threads on the Nintendo Switch subreddit and the Resetera forums. Diablo 3's 13th season of seasonal hero play just recently kicked off, bringing with it new gear and cosmetics.

The company says that since 2009, YouTube has a billion more videos with automatically generated subtitles. Live chat allows viewers to interact with creators during live broadcasts, but that isn't a new feature.

Having Diablo III on the Nintendo Switch would be awesome, but the gore would have to be toned down immensely. Well, we all know what happens when you assume things. Plus, Blizzard is that clever.

But this isn't the first time a cute Blizzard tweet has led to speculation that didn't pan out.

Earlier this week, a rumor has emerged from NeoSeeker that an inside source claims that Blizzard is hard at work on Diablo III for the Nintendo Switch.

Blizzard has name-dropped the Switch - or at least Nintendo - in the past. As much as we would love to see Diablo III on the Nintendo Switch - it would be a truly awesome way to play the essential game - we're not ready to believe that day will ever come until we receive more official information.
