Rousey has been linked with a huge mixed tag team match against on-screen RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon and 14-time world champion Triple H. It was quite surprising to see Cena win essentially clean over the WWE Champion before Fastlane's main event - especially since an earlier heel, "Winners Find a Way to Win" Styles would have taken the count ut victory and could have done so here. Cena did exactly that this past Tuesday night and the land of opportunity lived up to its name.

Meanwhile, John Cena showed up on Smackdown Live and defeated WWE champion AJ Styles to book his place in the Six Pack challenge match for the WWE title at the upcoming Fastlane pay-per-view.

Sports Illustrated reports that Rey Mysterio was backstage at SmackDown Live on Tuesday finalizing his return to WWE. Past year in the build to his and Nikki Bella's match with The Miz and Maryse he explained to the WWE Universe that he would much prefer a match with The Undertaker.

Charlotte seems like a more possible opponent and Bliss may put her belt on the line against Nia Jax.

'I want to say that there is a big possibility that I will be back, ' Mysterio told Mirror Sport, before adding '[we're] figuring out what the situation is, you know from both ends.

No official announcement has been made about Taker's status - and fans have been left scratching their heads. Past year when The Deadman failed to defeat Roman Reigns even though the match itself was pretty poor, what happened afterwards felt like the flawless send off.
