Sri Lanka, who have performed miserably against India the past six months, surprised fans with their win over India, which came on the back of Kusal Perera's 37-ball 66. Rohit Sharma has to show his talent today against Bangladesh to not disappoint the fans again. Jaydev Unadkat (3/38) got the wickets but he was inconsistent throughout his four-over spell with a mixture of good deliveries followed by half trackers.

"We were 10 runs short after six overs but I felt 174 was a good score but Kushal Perera took the game away by playing an wonderful knock".

They took wickets at regular intervals and also choked the rival batsmen by not letting them score freely.

This game is important for India as they lost their opener against the hosts Sri Lanka despite posting a good score. If I see the small positives as big then I think I should stop playing cricket.

One batter at a time, starting with Soumya Sarkar, chose to give the charge to the Indian bowlers.

Shikhar Dhawan's superb form continued as he scored a solid 55 runs off 43 balls to steer India to its maiden victory of the series against Bangladesh in the ongoing Nidahas tri-series.

Cuomo jokes about Cynthia Nixon's possible primary challenge
Just months before, while appearing on The View , she criticized Cuomo for, as she said, "shortchanging the children of NY ". Actress Cynthia Nixon speaks during the "People's State of the Union" event on January 29.

In the absence of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma has been appointed as India's captain for this tri-series but he has not been leading from the front in the manner the team wants him to. "We kept it simple and got the basics right, which was missing in the first game", Rohit further added.

Sharma refused to blame the defeat on the inexperienced bowling line up - Vijay Shankar, Washington Sundar and Shardul Thakur had played a combined six T20 Internationals between them including Tuesday's game. "The only way out is that we have to play well, there is no alternative".

Raina eventually fell to a Rubel Hossain short ball, caught at square leg with Mehidy this time making no mistake.

STAT ATTACK: 55, 90, 47, 24, 72 - runs made by Dhawan in his last five T20s.

"The way Kushal scored that 27 runs in that over, they were 75 after six overs, that made the difference", he said. Been working very hard and really happy to be winning this. We need to rotate the strike more often.

"One win will boost us and will reflect on our game".
