John Cena went out to the West Coast last week to wrap up some shooting for Bumblee and plenty of people at MegaCon were happy to hear this news. A much more stylized version of Starscream also appeared in the first three Transformers films, before dying in Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon. Unlike in the prior films, which have seen him take the shape of a modern Chevrolet Camaro, Bumblebee will here assume his original, old-school Volkswagen Beetle form, which (like the amusing Rick Astley gag) is in keeping with the vintage vibe. They speculate if this is the film to bring Transformers fans back to the franchise.

Paramount Pictures released the first trailer for "Bumblebee", their upcoming Transformers film set in the 80s and starring Hailee Steinfeld and John Cena. Paramount recently dropped the first trailer for the film, which displays everyones favorite yellow Autobot building a new relationship with Hailee Steinfeld's character. I play a character named Charlie Watson, who is a mechanic.

Apple previews iOS 12, introduces macOS ‘Mojave’
According to screenshots shared by developer Steve Troughton-Smith, Apple will introduce a dark mode theme to macOS 10.14. For those of us who'd prefer something a bit easier on the eyes, Apple is introducing " Dark Mode " in MacOS Mojave .

Bumblebee was directed by Travis Knight, an animator on Coraline, ParaNorman, The Boxtrolls, Kubo and the Two Strings, who makes his live-action directorial debut with the first Transformers spinoff. Here is the official synopsis, "On the run in the year 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town".

Bumblebee is set to hit theatres December 21st putting it in direct competition with Aquaman and Alita: Battle Angel, so we will need to see how well the spin-off fairs.
