Cristiano Ronaldo said Portugal must be realistic as they are not among the World Cup favourites, though the Real Madrid superstar insisted nothing is impossible. According to the Portuguese newspaper Record, Perez's unfulfilled promises and "lack of recognition" is the reason behind current doubts about his future at the La Liga club.

In a way this is a fairly reasonable assumption, Neymar is seven years his junior, but Ronaldo is probably afraid the 26-year-old will replace him as the main man at the Bernabeu sooner rather than later. "It was attractive to be at Real Madrid", the Portugal forward had told television network beIN Sports after the game.

Marcelo was also adamant that Neymar's potential arrival need not spell the end for Cristiano Ronaldo.

PSG aren't likely to let Neymar leave so soon after splashing out €222 million (then worth £200 million) on him-particularly as he missed several months of last season through injury-so Ronaldo would likely be at least 34 before the Brazilian makes his a move to Real.

Former-Real Madrid boss Fabio Capello even claimed last week: "Cristiano Ronaldo's future with Real Madrid?"

The growth rate in per capita income is estimated at 5.4 per cent during 2017-18, as against 5.7 per cent in the previous year. The minister also hailed and credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for the development.

It was a strike Ronaldo himself would have been proud of, though it really seemed as if there was ever going to be any other outcome.

"I've already said that two, three years ago".

The Real Madrid star had seen an effort ruled out for offside as he played 74 minutes in his first match since the Champions League final. I don't know when'. The club legend wants his pay packet to be closer to that of Neymar and Lionel Messi, who now earn north of £500k-a-week at PSG and Barcelona.

Neymar scored over 100 goals in four seasons at Barcelona but appears to have severed ties with the club over the controversial manner of his departure.
