Sometimes they look like Zsa Zsa, the English bulldog who was crowned this year's World's Ugliest Dog.

Zsa Zsa, an English Bulldog owned by Megan Brainard, stands onstage after being announced the victor of the World's Ugliest Dog Contest at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma on Saturday.

Some of this year's contestants had hairless bodies, others had lolling tongues.

Dogs in the competition flaunt their imperfections as they walk down a red carpet with their owners.

The 9-year-old victor, named Zsa Zsa, was found via a pet-finding site by owner Megan Brainard of Anoka, Minn., according to a biography supplied for the contest.

Brainard found Zsa Zsa on a pet-finding website, according to the contest bio.

Well, if you're going to compete then you better win and that accolade goes to an English bulldog named Zsa Zsa. The tongue dangled at least four inches under her jaw while Zsa Zsa rested, similar to the melting watch of Salvador Dali's painting "The Persistence of Memory".
