With just a few days to go before the start of the new English Premier League season, we look at the Super Sunday clash between Arsenal and Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium.

With the tactical prowess of Emery in sharp contrast to Arsene Wenger, his successor, you can expect the Gunners not to shy away from taking the game to Guardiola's men.

"We started our careers as coaches at maybe the same kind of time and his career, statistically, is better than me also but I like more playing against him because it demands more from the preparation, to try to win against his teams".

Arsenal host last seasons runaway title winners Manchester City tomorrow.

Arsenal's first team left backs aren't available, Sead Kolasinac is now injured and Nacho Monreal just returned to training so he isn't ready for the match against Pep Guardiola's men and the manager has hint that Ainsley Maitland-Niles could be chosen in that position on Sunday.

"Today, we had a meeting with the players to close all the possibilities to bring more players".

Star witness Rick Gates to testify for third day in Manafort trial
Gates (46) admitted he had embezzled from other employers; he had volunteered the information once he began cooperating. Prosecutors had braced for the tough questioning by getting Gates to come clean about his own crimes.

Koscielny usually wore the armband last season as well, as club captain Per Mertesacker rarely played.

Bernd Leno joined from Bayer Leverkusen to offer an alternative to ageing goalkeeper Petr Cech, while Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi have been bought to add energy and steel in midfield. "And then when we have the space, to be aggressive going forward", Emery told Sky Sports.

Emery said he is working hard toward instilling a new mentality in the team, but that it could take time. "For me, that is very important", he said.

For now, Emery is simply looking to build an identity and improve.

In a competitive squad, where Pep Guardiola has a plethora of options in attack, Bernardo Silva would do very well to fend off teammates Raheem Sterling and David Silva for consistency in the team. "But we want to play with the idea to create a winning mentality". "We want to show our quality, or work in this month tactically and our spirit". I believe in me, I believe in the players, I believe in the club.
