It adds support for dual SIM functionality on the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR as well as add Group FaceTime feature as well.

When it launched the Apple Watch Series 4 in September, Apple dwelled for some time on the new wearable's electrocardiogram (ECG) feature.

Though with every passing year the number of emoji oversights grows smaller, this year marks a major milestone in the area of hair representation.

You can check out the full set of features here. Some of the notable feature include Dual Sim support, Group FaceTime and more.

Apple will be introducing 70 new emoji with its iOS 12.1 update, and they include a cupcake, raccoon, llama, frozen face, kangaroo and much more. Fortunately for us all, they've refrained from highlighting the notch, hiding it by keeping the top area of the display solid black.

Group FaceTime will intuitively give those that are speaking the greatest amount of screen presence.

The latest update will also allow users to FaceTime up to 32 people at once.

Also, Group FaceTime is integrated into the Messages app, making it easy to start a Group FaceTime right from a group iMessage chat. Just navigate over to Settings General Software Update, and then your device will look for the update.

If you want to update via iTunes, you'll need to plug your iOS device into your Mac or PC. The Memoji allows you to design your own animated emoji, which can also be controlled by your facial expressions thanks to the combination of iPhones' extra sensors and updated software.

Some users are claiming this issue may be related to those running iOS 12.1 beta on their iPhone. Once a Portrait photo is saved in your library, this depth control feature can be accessed from Photos' edit mode.

New animals are also being added, so if you've been waiting for a lobster, parrot, or peacock, you will soon be in luck.

Some mobile carrier have confirmed that the eSIM feature will be available on devices like the iPhone XS Max from the 30th of October, this means that iOS 12.1 is coming on the 30th of October as it is required for the feature to work.
