To borrow the man's own catchphrase:  "I'm afraid I've got some bad news!"

Wade "Bad News" Barrett appeared to suffer a right shoulder injury tonight at the Smackdown taping at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA.  He was working a match with Dean Ambrose when the injury occurred.  Dr. Chris Amann gave the following to WWE.com

After Barrett felt an immediate pain and a pop, we brought him back to the training room and the exam showed a separated shoulder.  We're going to do some additional testing this week and then sit down with him and talk about options for treatment for this injury."

The WWE.com story goes on to say that no official determination has been made as it pertains to Barrett's status for the Money in the Bank pay per view.  He was slated to be one of the seven men in the Money in the Bank Contract ladder match.  For now, he is still scheduled to appear.  As more information becomes available, we'll pass it along.
