CZW brought its hardcore style to Dayton, OH with their Prelude to Violence show. From all reports in it was a really top notch show and the fans left very satisfied. Below is a quick look at how the action went down courtesy of pwponderings.com:

Match one: Sozio (with Buff Busick) vs Nate Wings. Sozio wins after a running boot to Nate’s face. Great opener.
Match two: Drew Gulak vs Aaron Williams Alex Colon comes out, says the doctor and CZW officials won’t let him wrestle after having surgery. Aaron Williams, the Rockstar Champion, comes out and berates Colon, saying even if he was injured he would wrestle. Gulak challenges Williams. Drew makes Aaron tap out via submission. Really good technical match.
Match three: Greg Excellent vs BJ Whitmer. Largely a comedy match, and very funny to watch. Whitmer wins with a flash pin.
Match four: Kimber Lee & LuFisto vs the “Killer Death Machines” Jessicka Havok & Nevaeh. This got several “This is awesome” chants. Nevaeh and Havok win after Havok holds up Kimber and Nevaeh hits a Codebreaker. Stellar match.
Match five: Caleb Konley challenges Shane Strickland for the CZW Wired Championship. Strickland retains after a top rope double stomp on the top of Caleb’s head. Amazing match.
Match six: CZW Tag Title match: Los Ben Dojos vs the Juicy Product with Shelley Martinez (champions). Juicy Product retain after a series of double team maneuvers. Phenomenal bout.
Match seven: Biff Busick defends the CZW World Championship against Danny Havoc. Busick makes Havoc tap out to a modified sleeper hold after one hell of a match that went around the Rockstar Arena.
Match eight: AR Fox & Rich Swann vs OI4K. Dave and Jake Crist win following a double knees to Swann. Afterwards the four hugged. Superb match.
Main event: DJ Hyde vs Ron Mathis in a Panes of Glass no DQ match. The two went all over the building and outside into the parking lot; there were light tubes used and both men went through several panes of glass. Hyde got the win after a brutal lariat. Mathis was covered in blood.
