WWE NXT goes on the air on the WWE Network starting at 9pm EST.  We will have LIVE coverage of the program as it airs.

  • We start out with "Big Cass" Colin Cassady.  He's not SAWFT.  Aiden English comes out to the ramp, singing.  Not bad.
  • Actually, it's terrible.
  • English gets the early offense, but Cassady hits a big boot for a near fall.  English gets in some of his own offense.
  • William Regal breaks down English's offense while Renee Young hits on him.
  • Aiden English picks up the win after a roll-up with a handful of tights.  Cassady is not amused.
    • Good opening contest.  Entertaining.
  • After the match, roses fly onto the stage.  Cute.
  • Backstage, Tyler Breeze makes the ring girl read off of his phone, then he walks away.
  • After break, we gets a nice video package about Paige.  She's going to wind up being a huge role model.
  • Backstage at Raw, a brief interview with Paige, who holds both the WWE Divas Title as well as the NXT Women's Title.  She says it's pretty mind blowing to hold both titles.  It's a lengthy promo for Paige, and she says she's not going to be complacent as champ.
  • Back at the arena, Camacho walks out to the ring.  He'll be facing Oliver Grey.  I haven't seen Grey wrestle in a while.
  • The announcers put over Grey's recovery from a torn ACL.  Camacho is using power against Grey.  Running slam for a near fall.
  • Camacho hits a Samoan Drop to pick up the win.  Short squash match.
  • Backstage, Devon Taylor interviews Bo Dallas.  He says his Bo-Lievers didn't want to do anything unlawful for Occupy NXT.  He tells her not to stop Bo-lieving.
  • The Ascension come out to the ring, to surely squash some poor saps. Wesley Blake & Cal Bishop are those poor saps.
  • This is a total squash.
  • Unsurprisingly, The Ascension hit their finisher, The Fall of Man.  It's over.
  • Backstage, Charlotte and Sasha Banks decide they'll face off against Emma and a partner of her choosing next week.
  • After break, CJ Parker hippies his way to the ring.  Is that a verb?  Sure.  Why not.
  • Parker talks about laying awake at night, wondering what the planet would be like without the NXT Universe.  He says everything would be fuel efficient.
  • Before he can finish, The Great Khali interrupts him.  Renee Young calls him the "SUV of People."
  • Khali gets most of the offense.  After a double chokeslam, it's over. Khali wins.
    • I really didn't care about this match.
  • Backstage, Emma responds to the challenge from earlier.  She plays coy and doesn't answer if she's found a partner yet.
  • Sami Zayn says he's fine after the head injury from his match with Corey Graves.  He says he's feeling much better.  He's going to put Corey Graves in his place.
  • Jason Jordan & Ty Dillinger come out to the ring.  They're a new tag team.  They're facing off against, well I missed the names.  Sorry.
  • Baron Corbin and Sawyer Fulton?  I missed it.
  • I really thought the guys in the ring were gonna wind up being jobbers.  Turns out it's the other way around.
  • Corbin hits a nice hanging suplex.  2-count.  Dillinger evades an elbow and makes the tag to Jordan.  He's hot and takes out everyone.  Jordan has a nice dropkick.
  • Jordan & Dillinger hit a tandem DDT for the pin.
    • Very exciting tag match with two new teams.  I liked it.
  • Brodus Clay comes out to the ring first.  He's facing off against the NXT Champion, Adrian Neville.
  • As far as I know, this isn't a title match.
  • Neville is using his small stature and speed to run circles around Clay.
  • Neville leaps at Clay and Brodus catches him, tossing him around like a rag doll.
  • Clay's staying on Neville relentlessly.  Neville misses off the top rope and Clay capitalizes.
  • Action spills outside the ring.  Clay slams him to the floor.  He goes for an elbow off the top of the steps.
  • The referee counts and makes it to 9.  Neville slips into the ring as Brodus Clay is counted out at 10.
  • Clay hits the apron but Neville kicks him off.  Clay backs up the ramp and talks trash.  Our show comes to a close.
    • Good episode over all.  I have been concerned for the tag division that there really wasn't anyone for The Ascension, but after tonight, we've got two new credible teams.  Brodus Clay vs. Adrian Neville can be an interesting feud as well. Overall, thumbs up.  Thanks for watching with me tonight!  Join me next week for more NXT Action!
