ROH’s Tomasso Ciampa “Fired” at Live Event in San Antonio This Weekend

It’s worth pointing out that at this past weekend’s live event in San Antonio, TX Ring of Honor fired Tomasso Ciampa.  During the television taping, Ciampa attacked referee Todd Sinclair.  The formal announcement of the move, which can be read at, says that there was a no tolerance policy for such behavior, and ROH was left with no choice but to terminate Ciampa following the attack.

Of course, this is the storyline version.  We previously noted that Ciampa has left the company and that the Saturday date in San Antonio was his final date with ROH.  Ciampa is presently taking independent bookings.
