Bellator MMA Set to Host Back to Back Events in December

On Monday, Bellator MMA announced that they will be hosting back-to-back events in December.  This is the first time in company history that such an event has been done.

On December 2, Bellator will put on their “Bellator 166” event at the WinStar World Casino and Resort located in Thackerville, Oklahoma.  That card will be headlined by Eduardo Dantas (18-4) and Joe Warren (14-5) in a bantamweight championship fight.  Dantas claimed the title by defeating Marcos Galvao at Bellator 156 in June in a decision.  Warren has held Bellator bantamweight and featherweight championships before and is an accomplished wrestler.  Dantas is 4-1 in his last five bouts.

On December 3, Bellator will return to WinStar to put on “Bellator 167.”  That event will be headlined by Pat Curran and John Teixeira in a featherweight fight.

Both events will air on Spike TV.  Check your local listings for the channel and time that they will air.
