TNA Lawsuit Listing Grows; American Express Sues Over Travel Expenses

TNA has been in the middle of a swirling mess for quite some time now, which came to a head last week.  Today, it seems it has gotten worse.  In a report that was published on, American Express Travel Related Services Company (AETRS) had filed suit against TNA Entertainment over the summer for unpaid bills.

The suit is asking for $269,049 plus costs due to having to go to court to resolve this bill.  AETRS filed suit in the New York State Supreme Court on July 20, which claimed non-payment of travel expenses.  The company used their American Express corporate account to charge items to, but never paid the bill.

If you’re keeping score, this brings the list of suits against the company to 5.  As noted within the past week, Billy Corgan had filed legal documents against TNA management, Audience of One sued for production expenses dating back to Bound for Glory 2015, the State of Tennessee filed a tax lien against the company, and Aroluxe also has a lien filed against them.

There is a hearing on Billy Corgan’s filing on October 20.  There should be more news about all of these suits at that time.
