Chris Hero Reportedly Returning to WWE

In a report that posted on F4WOnline.com, word is that Chris Hero will be returning to WWE soon.  Dave Meltzer has noted that it’s not clear if Hero will be heading to NXT, or if he will be put on the main roster.

Hero, 36, had worked in WWE before as Kassius Ohno.  He joined the company in June of 2011 at Florida Championship Wrestling, which eventually became NXT.  He was released from the company in November of 2013 and returned to the independent scene.  He has worked across a number of promotions worldwide against a variety of opponents.  He worked with Beyond Wrestling and EVOLVE this past weekend.

Bill Says:  Yet another big independent signing, and one that the company knows given his history.  He had issues with staying as fit as the company expected him to before, so it will be interesting to see where things go on this time around.
