Impact Wrestling *SPOILERS* for Additional March Television

Impact Wrestling taped more of their next round of television starting tonight in Orlando, FL at Universal Studios.   If you don't want these upcoming shows spoiled, don't read on!  Spoilers are courtesy, however, if you were in the building and have more information to contribute, we'd greatly appreciate an email to with that information.

They announced that the World Heavyweight Championship  is vacant.  Alberto El Patron gave it up.

Match #1 – ODB def. Rebel.  They engaged in a kissfest with referee Earl Hebner.

They did a backstage segment where Impact officials claimed the World Heavyweight Championship from El Patron and hand it back to Lashley.

Alberto cut a promo in the ring, saying he loved this place because he can buy Patron.  He calls Impact his house and say he is allowed to and say what he wants without political BS.  He called out Lashley but EC3 answered instead.  He told Alberto that he needs to earn the top spot and challenged him to a top contender’s match.  Alberto refused and said he was there to fight the big dog and not the bitch.  They brawl, then Alberto accepts the challenge.

Match #2 – Trevor Lee (c) def. Braxton Sutter, Andrew Everett, and Suicide to retain the X Division Championship

Sienna addressed Allie, who was with Sutter.  She threatened them and said Romeo and Juliet always meet their demise.

Bruce Prichard announced a tournament for the Tag Team Championship via a four team tournament.  Decay interrupted to demand the titles.  Reno Scum interrupted them, then Laredo Kid and Garza Jr. came out.  LAX made their return, comprised of Homicide, Angel Rose, and managed by Konnan.

Match #3 – Davey Richards def. Suicide.

Match #4 – Garza Jr., Laredo Kid, and Mahabali Shera def. Fallah Bahh, Bokara and Envious Abraham.  JB called this an international six-man match.

Match #5 – Reno Scum def. Decay.  Rosemary accidentally sprayed Crazzy Steve with mist.

Match #6 – LAX def DCC.  DCC showed signs of dissent amongst themselves.

Karen Jarrett cut a promo, talking about how the past several years have been difficult but now it’s all about change.  She talked about the new energy backstage among talent and production.  The fans want Josh Mathews fired.  EC3 interrupted and said he’s there to make Impact great but not for the Jarretts.  Karen sucks up a bit.  Josh Mathews interrupted to go on a rant, saying the fans were too cheap to buy NXT tickets.  He belittles Karen for the changes, and claims he’s one of the best things going on Impact.  Karen slaps  him down.

Match #7 – Rosemary def. Santana

Match #8 – Alberto El Patron def. Ethan Carter III to become the new No. 1 Contender.

Xplosion and One Night Only Tapings:

  • Angelina Love def. MJ in an Xplosion match
  • Bobby Lashley def. Jake Holmes in an Xplosion match
  • Laurel Van Ness def. Rachael Ellering in a One Night Only event.
