WWE NXT Television Taping *SPOILERS* for Upcoming Television

NXT taped television last night at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL for television broadcasts upcoming in April and into May.  The following are the results of those tapings.  If you don't want upcoming WWE NXT broadcasts spoiled, then don't read on!  The following results are courtesy If you were at the tapings and wish to offer additional information and/or opinion, hit me up at

Episode 1:

  • Aleister Black def. Corey Hollis
  • Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa (#DIY) def. Dylan Miley and a local talent.  Miley destroyed his partner after the loss.
  • Ruby Riot def. Kimberly Frankele
  • Andrade “Cien” Almas def. Danny Burch
  • Drew McIntryre def. Oney Lorcan.  Drew cut a promo afterward, saying he built a reputation and he could beat all of the Raw and Smackdown talent, but wanted to come to NXT.  He said his goal was to win the NXT Championship
  • Shinsuke Nakamura delivered a promo, saying he joined NXT a year ago.  He had experience and had been a champion but came to change himself and compete with the best.  He called NXT his home and said he learned much from coaches, other wrestlers and the fans.  He said NXT has its own brand and energy and called the fans crazy.  The roster gave him a standing ovation, and Finn Balor, Hideo Itami, and Triple H all went to the ring to embrace him.

Episode 2:

  • Authors of Pain def. Kassius Ohno and Roderick Strong
  • Jeet Rama def. John Skyler
  • Bobby Roode cut a promo that took credit for selling out Amway Center for Takeover.  Roode said Nakmura’s goodbye last week was pathetic and Roode embarrassed him to the point that he had to leave.  Roode said the fans don’t deserve to be a part of NXT, nor do the talent on the stage.  Hideo Itami came out and slapped Roode, then hit the GTS.
  • Tyler Bate (c) def. Jack Gallagher to retain the WWE UK Championship  Trent Seven Mark Andrews, Wolfgang, and Pete Dunne all sat front row.
  • Liv Morgan and Aliyah def. Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.

Episode 3:

  • Nikki Cross asked Ruby Riot to come out and offered that they should be friends.  They brawled instead.
  • Drew McIntryre def. Andrade “Cien” Almas
  • Aleister Black def. Kona Reeves
  • Cross and Riot brawled a second time.
  • Tye Dillinger def. Eric Young in a cage match by escaping the cage.  Dillinger celebrated with Ohno, Strong, and Riot, and the fans chanted “Thank you Tye.”  He told Sanity they are even, then cut a promo about how the fans have taken him to new levels and asked that they do the same for other NXT talent.
